may cause permanent damage to the device. This is a stress ELECTRICAL rating only; functional operation of the device at these or any AVDD AGND –0.3 V to +3.9 V other conditions above those indicated in the operational DRVDD DRGND –0.3 V to +3.9 V section of this specification is not implied. Exposure to absolute AGND DRGND –0.3 V to +0.3 V maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect AVDD DRVDD –3.9 V to +3.9 V device reliability. Digital Outputs (D+, D–, DRGND –0.3 V to DRVDD
EXPLANATION OF TEST LEVELS
DCO+, DCO–, FCO+, FCO–) LVDSBIAS DRGND –0.3 V to DRVDD I. 100% production tested. CLK AGND –0.3 V to AVDD II. 100% production tested at 25°C and guaranteed by design VIN+, VIN– AGND –0.3 V to AVDD and characterization at specified temperatures. PDWN, DTP AGND –0.3 V to AVDD REFT, REFB AGND –0.3 V to AVDD III. Sample tested only. VREF, SENSE AGND –0.3 V to AVDD ENVIRONMENTAL IV. Parameter is guaranteed by design and characterization Operating Temperature –40°C to +85°C testing. Range (Ambient) V. Parameter is a typical value only. Maximum Junction 150°C Temperature VI. 100% production tested at 25°C and guaranteed by design Lead Temperature 300°C and characterization for industrial temperature range. (Soldering, 10 sec) Storage Temperature Range –65°C to +150°C (Ambient) Thermal Impedance1 25°C/W 1 θJA for a 4-layer PCB with a solid ground plane in still air.
ESD CAUTION
ESD (electrostatic discharge) sensitive device. Electrostatic charges as high as 4000 V readily accumulate on the human body and test equipment and can discharge without detection. Although this product features proprietary ESD protection circuitry, permanent damage may occur on devices subjected to high energy electrostatic discharges. Therefore, proper ESD precautions are recommended to avoid performance degradation or loss of functionality. Rev.
