Pin name Description VDD Power supply pin. GND Ground level pin. RESET Reset pin release Latching function for FLAG signal. Constant-current output pin. Single or several pcs of PTC thermistor(s) for temperature detecting is(are) to be connected in series between PTCO and GND. PTCO Do not apply a voltage exceeding 1 V from outside. If a high voltage is applied from the outside for a long time, the Detect Voltage (VDET) characteristics may be changed. PTCGOOD FLAG signal output pin.
