Three 300mA LDO Regulators (Two Adjustable)

Independent Enable Pin-Strap Sequencing
DC/DC converters for core, memory, I/O, and system on- n Power Good chip (SoC) rails and three 300mA LDO regulators for low n 2.25MHz Switching Frequency noise analog supplies. n 12µA Standby Current Regulator start-up is sequenced by connecting outputs to n 150°C TJ Operation (LT3383H) enable pins in the desired order. A master power-on pin n Side Wettable 40-Lead 6mm × 6mm QFN Package is provided to initiate pin-strapped power-on sequences. A status pin is available to indicate regulator undervoltages.
APPLICATIONS
If an overtemperature or low supply fault is detected all n Automotive regulators are disabled during the fault condition. n Industrial The device is available in a 40-lead 6mm × 6mm QFN with n Communications wettable flanks for optical inspection. n General Purpose Multichannel Power Supplies All registered trademarks and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
