Pin Descriptions
Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T 1, 3, 4, 6-10, No connection necessary. N/C 12, 14, 16 These pins may be connected to RF/DC ground. This pin is matched to 50 Ohms with a 13 nH 2 RFIN inductor to ground. See Application Circuit. E - SM IS AC Ground - An external capacitor of 0.01μF to 5 ACG ground is required for low frequency bypassing. See Application Circuit for further details. W NO O 11 RFOUT This pin is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms. - L S R Power supply voltage. Choke inductor and bypass 13,15 Vdd2, Vdd1 capacitor are required. See application circuit. IE IF L P M GND Package bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground. A
