Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic IP H 1 RFIN This pad is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms. Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass E - C 2, 3, 4 Vdd1, 2, 3 capacitors of 100 pF and 0.1 µF are required. IS O 5 RFOUT This pad is AC coupled and matched to 50 Ohms. These pads must be connected to RF/DC ground for proper W N 6, 7, 8 G3, 2, 1 operation. O Die Bottom GND Die Bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground. S - L R IE LIF
