Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic IP This pad is AC coupled H 1 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. C - Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass 2, 3, 4 Vdd1, 2, 3 S capacitors of 100 pF and 0.1 µF are required. R This pad is AC coupled IE 5 RFOUT and matched to 50 Ohms. These pads must be connected LIF 6, 7, 8 Vgg3, Vgg2, Vgg1 to RF/DC ground for proper operation. P M Die Bottom GND Die Bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground. A E IS O N W
