Pad Number Function Description Interface Schematic IP This pad is AC coupled H 1 RFIN and matched to 50 Ohms. C - S Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass 2, 3, 4 Vdd1, 2, 3 R capacitors of 100 pF and 0.1 µF are required. IE This pad is AC coupled 5 RFOUT LIF and matched to 50 Ohms. P These pads must be connected to RF/DC M 6, 7, 8 Vgg3, Vgg2, Vgg1 ground for proper operation. A E Die Bottom GND Die Bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground. IS O N
