Pin Number Function Description Interface Schematic T 1, 2, 4 - 9, 11, This pin may be connected to RF/DC ground. M N/C 12, 14, 15 Performance will not be affected. This pin is AC coupled and matched 3 RFIN to 50 Ohms from 5 - 20 GHz. S - S This pin is AC coupled and matched 10 RFOUT R to 50 Ohms from 5 - 20 GHz. IE Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass LIF 13 Vdd2 capacitors of 100 pF, 1,000 pF and 2.2 µF are required. P M R A Power Supply Voltage for the amplifier. External bypass E 16 Vdd1 capacitors of 100 pF, 1,000 pF and 2.2 µF are required. W O GND Package bottom must be connected to RF/DC ground. R & P
