SNVS154E – MAY 2001 – REVISED MARCH 2013 These devices have limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.

(2) If Military/Aerospace specified devices are required, please contact the Texas Instruments Sales Office/Distributors for availability and specifications. (3) The human body model is a 100pF capacitor discharged through a 1.5kΩ resistor into each pin. (4) At elevated temperatures, devices must be derated based on package thermal resistance. The device in the SOT-23-5 package must be derated at 4.5mW/°C at ambient temperatures above 70°C. The device has internal thermal protection.
