The AOZ6682CI is a high efficiency, easy to use, 2A 4.5V to 18V operating input voltage range synchronous buck regulator at high switching frequency Synchronous Buck: 125mΩ internal high-side switch for small form factor solution. The AOZ6682CI works and 55mΩ internal low-side switch from 4.5V to 18V input voltage range, and provides up to Up to 95% efficiency 2A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8V. Pulse energy mode for high light load efficiency (Vin=12V, Vo=5V, 89% @10mA) The AOZ6682CI comes in an ultra thin TSOT23-6L Output voltage adjustable to 0.8V package and is rated from -40°C to +125°C junction 2A continuous output current temperature range. 750kHz PWM operation Internal compensation Internal Soft Start Cycle-by-cycle current limit Pre-bias start-up Short-circuit protection Thermal shutdown Ultra-thin TSOT23-6L package
