Included in the package are n 2.375VMIN with CPWR Bias the switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and all n Output Voltage Range: 0.6V to 5.5V supporting components. Operating from an input voltage n ±1.5% Maximum Total DC Output Error range of 4.5V to 20V, the LTM4662 supports two outputs n Multiphase Current Sharing each with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V, set by n Differential Remote Sense Amplifier, Each Channel external resistors. Its high efficiency design delivers up to n Current Mode Control/Fast Transient Response 15A continuous current for each output. Only a few input n Up to 96% Efficiency and output capacitors are needed. n Adjustable Switching Frequency (250kHz to 1MHz) The device supports frequency synchronization, multiphase n Frequency Synchronization operation, high efficiency light load operation and output n Overcurrent Foldback Protection voltage tracking for supply rail sequencing and has an n Output Overvoltage Protection onboard temperature diode per channel for device tempera- n Internal or External Compensation ture monitoring.
