The low profile package (2.82mm) enables utilization of n RoHS Compliant Package with Gold Pad Finish (e4) unused space on the bottom of PC boards for high density n Up to 92% Efficiency point of load regulation. High switching frequency and an n Programmable Soft-Start adaptive on-time current mode architecture enables a very n Output Overvoltage Protection fast transient response to line and load changes without n Optional Short-Circuit Shutdown Timer sacrificing stability. Fault protection features include n Small Footprint, Low Profile (15mm × 15mm × integrated overvoltage and short circuit protection with 2.82mm) LGA Package a defeatable shutdown timer. A built-in soft-start timer is adjustable with a small capacitor.
