Der MCP6031 verwendet die fortschrittliche CMOS-Technologie von Microchip, die einen niedrigen Vorspannungsstrom, einen Hochgeschwindigkeitsbetrieb, eine hohe Verstärkung im offenen Regelkreis und einen Rail-to-Rail-Eingangs- und Ausgangshub bietet. Der MCP6031 arbeitet mit einer einzelnen Versorgungsspannung, die bis zu 1,8 V betragen kann, während weniger als 1 uA Ruhestrom verbraucht werden. Der MCP6031 ist in Standard-SON-, MSOP-, SOT-23- und 2x3-DFN-Paketen mit 8 Anschlüssen erhältlich. Für dieses Gerät ist die Qualifikation AEC-Q100 Grade 1 verfügbar.
