Der MCP601 verwendet die fortschrittliche CMOS-Technologie von Microchip, die einen niedrigen Vorspannungsstrom, einen Hochgeschwindigkeitsbetrieb, eine hohe Verstärkung im offenen Regelkreis und einen Rail-to-Rail-Ausgangshub bietet.
